1. Cain's Ballroom - Tulsa, OK

This is a historic building that was built in 1924 and is in fact in the National Register of Historic Places. It started out as a dance academy called Cain’s Dance Academy. Since the concert is standing room only you will be allowed to dance to the music, so it is, in fact, a ballroom even now. During the 1980s the venue focused on the new wave genre of music. Now you can witness various musical genres here.

2. Brady Theater - Tulsa, OK

This is another age-old building that was built in 1914 and is used as a music concert at present. This concert has a seating capacity of 4200, so you can expect some big shows from here. The venue offers great acoustics and an intimate feel. It is soon to be renamed as Tulsa Theatre. Some of the most popular artists to have done gigs here include Alice Cooper, Bill Cosby, Chicago, and Ed Sullivan.

3. Civic Center Music Hall - Oklahoma City, OK

This building started as Municipal Auditorium before being renamed as Civic Center Music Hall in 1966. The Music Hall is home to not just one, but four theatres. It is also home to 8 professional arts organizations. You would love the historic architecture of this place, which offers a different feel to the usual concerts, as well as the excellent acoustics.

4. Choctaw Grand Theater - Durant, OK

This theater is adjacent to the Choctaw Casino and Resort, so you have the chance to gamble a little bit and eat some tasty food while you visit the place. The theater consists of comfortable seating with all of them facing the stage, even the ones at far right and left. The acoustics are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, free parking is an added plus. The Choctaw Grand Theater has seen performances from famous artists such as Dwight Yoakam and Ian Anderson.

5. The Criterion - Oklahoma City, OK

The Criterion is a small-sized venue that offers an intimate feel for the audience, while still being large enough to hold quite a crowd.
